How one credential moves across the rail

A working professional in an MRA-scope field — engineer, accountant, architect, surveyor, healthcare worker.
Association
Accredited under the relevant MRA. Issues credentials under its own authority, on behalf of its members.
Trust Registry
The institutional source of truth. Governs which associations can issue what, under which MRA.
Verifiable Credential
W3C VC standard. AQRF-anchored. Cryptographically signed by the issuing association. Portable across borders.
Regulator
Receiving signatory's gateway. Verifies the credential, then surfaces the recognition rules pre-agreed under the MRA.
ASEAN signatories
Each signatory state hosts one or more accredited associations issuing credentials under the relevant MRA.
